Kingsley Homeowner's Association, Inc.
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization founded in 1996

We are a homeowner association covering 78 homes in Northwest McAllen, Texas.

The association owns 2 pieces of property within the neighborhood.  The larger of these two properties is a private park for the exclusive use of the members and their guests. 



Purpose
Our purpose is to ensure that the homes in our association maintain certain standards and to provide improvements to the quality of living of our members.  As part of this task, the association maintains the frontage on 23rd Street, the association property on Oriole & 25th, and Kingsley Park.
