About Us

Kingsley Homeowner's Association, Inc.

Founded in 1996, Kingsley Estate HOA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting a community of 78 homes in Northwest McAllen.

The association oversees two properties within the neighborhood, including a private park designed for the exclusive use of residents and their guests.

Helpful Information for Residents

Get clear, quick answers to common questions about the Kingsley Estate community and HOA.

The annual assessment covers items such as the following:

  • Maintenance of 23rd Street Frontage (Landscaping, Water, Electricity, Lawn)
  • Maintenance of Association property (Oriole & 25th, and Kingsley Park)
  • Cost of covenant enforcement
  • Communication Expenses
  • Bookkeeping

The homeowner association are now held quarterly on the third Saturday of January, April, July, and October.

Any special meetings called throughout the year will be announced.

The board of directors meets on the third Saturday every month throughout the year.

You can put them curbside at your property per the city schedule.

The schedule for our neighborhood is the 1st full week of each month.
