The annual assessment covers items such as the following:

  • Maintenance of 23rd Street Frontage (Landscaping, Water, Electricity, Lawn)
  • Maintenance of Association property (Oriole & 25th, and Kingsley Park)
  • Cost of covenant enforcement
  • Communication Expenses
  • Bookkeeping

The homeowner association are now held quarterly on the third Saturday of January, April, July, and October.

Any special meetings called throughout the year will be announced.

The board of directors meets on the third Saturday every month throughout the year.

You can put them curbside at your property per the city schedule.

The schedule for our neighborhood is the 1st full week of each month.

Please respect our neighborhood and do not place them on association common property (Corner of Oriole & 25th, Kingsley Park, 23rd Street Frontage, or at the south end of 25th Street)
